I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Cranston, RI) in Dec 2023
Interview
There was two virtual interviews with Talent Acquisition team the first was a phone screen and the second was held over zoom. The third interview was scheduled for the office in Waltham, MA, I showed up (drove an 1.5 hrs only to be told that they had sent me to the wrong office and I needed to reschedule.) They swore this never happens at the company but definitely threw up a red flag for me as it made it seem that they really do not value peoples time at all. They then reached out to me the week after and sent me to a different office in Cranston, RI to meet with a hiring manager. My interviewer was possibly the worst hiring manager I have ever met, instead of even trying to break down comp, benefits, KPI’s he was very intent on bringing up that he didn’t think I could do the driving portion of the role which I told him was not an issue from the start. He really seemed full of himself, kept talking about his RE properties and the fact that he rarely sees his family because he works such long hours. When I first walked in the interviewer was on the phone and took a look at me and made a judgement without even shaking my hand or coming to greet me. Overall, the entire process was a waste of time and money.
Application
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling in Sep 2025
Interview
First step is a phone screen, followed by 2 in person interviews. After that hiring manager will reach out. Then you are apart of in person training. And can basically move freely anywhere in the company. Training is also paid.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling in May 2025
Interview
Recruiter called, asked a few questions about background. I was then called by their director of customer development. He explained the job a little bit more in detail and asked normal interview questions. Then I had my 3rd interview with the VP of customer development which really explained the day to day about the job.
