I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Power is the best place for a driven career-focused individual to come and make the most out of their life. If you have work ethic and people skills you can make a lot of money, meet some of your best friends and learn about yourself to truly become a better person.

    Cons

The schedule is demanding. There will be a lot of late nights followed by early mornings which can cause a strain on personal relationships if your significant other isn’t on the same goal plan as you are. The job requires the highest level of self confidence and faith to know that the bad stretches won’t last forever.

    Advice to Management

    - Even though the RTO limit for remodeling consultants are a formality, mgmt should do away with the number of days as it can make reps feel limited when balancing their work/family load. Days are almost always given when asked for but having a “finite” number of days can make people hesitant to ask for what they feel they need. - the consensus opinion amongst sales reps seems to be that it would be fair to raise the...

I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I came to Power with absolutely no sales experience and Power gave me the tools to succeed from day one. The marketing and sales training programs are comprehensive and I felt prepared to go out and execute the position when training was over. They also have a great mentor/rookie structure set up so that you always have someone to look to for guidance when needed. I have also been very impressed with the culture of...

    Cons

The on-call schedule can be a bit tough at first, but once you get into the groove of the schedule and if you can manage your time properly, you will have plenty of time for friends, family and health. The company is also moving towards a block schedule, so that should also do a lot for the work/life balance.

    Advice to Management

Work on developing a digital marketing strategy and SEO. Being more recognized in the community could go a long way. Other than that, keep up the good work. You all have built something amazing here!

I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Significant others are always welcomed and invited to be apart of the culture. The opportunity for growth within the organization. The pay allows you to scale through life at a faster pace then your friends. The friendships that you build with your coworkers. This is the place to be no matter the age.

    Cons

This is a high performance carrer for people who want more. People who love competition and people who don’t make excuses. The con would be, no work life balance. This job requires more so work life integration.

    Advice to Management

Continue to raise the standards and put the best people in the best seats so this business can thrive even more than it is already
