2 step process. Dress well. Be yourself. They look for people who can be personable and professional. Do your research on the company so you are well prepared. Ask questions also, it shows interest.
First step is a phone screen, followed by 2 in person interviews. After that hiring manager will reach out. Then you are apart of in person training. And can basically move freely anywhere in the company. Training is also paid.

Recruiter called, asked a few questions about background. I was then called by their director of customer development. He explained the job a little bit more in detail and asked normal interview questions. Then I had my 3rd interview with the VP of customer development which really explained the day to day about the job.
