Interview
First interview I very informative and relaxed. If you get called back the next interview is for them to get to know you. Really upbeat and friendly atmosphere. Just be honest and yourself through the process. The fact this has to be 30 words is redicules .
First step is a phone screen, followed by 2 in person interviews. After that hiring manager will reach out. Then you are apart of in person training. And can basically move freely anywhere in the company. Training is also paid.

Recruiter called, asked a few questions about background. I was then called by their director of customer development. He explained the job a little bit more in detail and asked normal interview questions. Then I had my 3rd interview with the VP of customer development which really explained the day to day about the job.
