Interview
Very professional, they asked all the typical behavioral and work/school experience questions. They try to assess your level of motivation in the interview as well as why you are interested in sales.
They call and talk to you for a while on the phone then bring you in for a few step process interview. The phone call feels long and value-bringing however remember it is still a door-to-door sales job.
