I was interviewed in October 2011 for the position of Regional Installation Office Manager for NY. I had heard of the position through Craigslist. I was nervous going into the interview but my nerves were quickly calmed as my interview turned more into a conversation between colleagues. While the questions asked were challenging at times, they were asked in a way that flowed naturally with the conversation, not as if they were merely being checked off a list. I interviewed on a Thursday and by the following Monday, I received the call offering me the position. My good impression of the company grew as I began training and met so many incredible people. Every time I met someone new, they were kind, friendly and always offered to help at anytime I should need it.
