Interview
Simple, interviewer was super nice but there were two interviews is a bit of an ask for an unpaid internship. The whole thing was done via Skype which was pretty sketchy. In fact the whole company seemed sketchy. It seems as if everyone there was an unpaid intern. Using Skype was weird, Skype is what I used to talk to my friends overseas as a kid. Not for an interview. The most off putting thing was when they asked if they could remotely install some kind of cyber tech software onto my personal computer. This is the main reason I declined the offer. They didn’t elaborate on what the software was called or why. I may have been a desperate undergrad student with an empty resume, but not that desperate. The entire experience felt off and everything in me screamed “don’t take the job.”

Interview
Extremely easy interview process. Mainly questions asked involve qualifications on the type of equipment you have, whether you can work 10 hours a week, if you are an international student, and whether or not you can fit internship requirements. A few behavioral questions but nothing too serious.

Question 1
Do you understand that this is an unpaid internship, that you are required to work 10 hours a week and that we do not hire our interns?
We ask that our teammates only participate in one internship at a time so that they receive the full benefit of the internship and have a positive experience with our company. Do you agree to only having one internship at a time?

Interview
Very casual and low pressure. The company is remote so it's usually done over Skype. The interview seems like they are mostly trying to see if you're available for the position needed.
