It starts with an initial screening call which was by Zoom although I'd have preferred a phone call-> 30 min Hiring Manager Call -> Take Home Assessment which they estimated to take 2 to three hours -> Hour Interview with team
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Popmenu
Interview
Two Interviewers were attended. A Software engineer, and a recruiter. They asked about normal previous experience and personality questions for only screening. Seems like they were really good company. Wanted to join, but don't now what I did wrong. lol

2. Willing to relocate
I applied online. I interviewed at Popmenu in Feb 2022
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone call and discuss the Software Engineer position. During the call, the interviewer pulled a bait and switch, telling me I wasn't qualified for the position (even if this were true, you could have seen this from a simple glance at my resume) and tried to persuade me to interview for a support engineer position instead. I was overqualified for the support engineer position, it would be sending my career progression back 2-3 years, offered lower pay, etc. She continued to push me in that direction despite my making it very clear I was not interested. It felt very dishonest and disingenuous.
I can certainly understand if I did not meet their requirements / qualifications, but it did not appear that this recruiter ever had any intentions of considering me for the position I had applied for, and had set up the call for. I would not recommend applying to this company.
