I applied in November and had an email in January, in February I had 3 interviews. The last one, the HR personnel forgot to send the link for the interview after several days of asking for it. I took action and went on LinkedIn to express my concern to the manager based here in Poland. She replied that according to their system I had an interview in 3 hours time. She asked me if I could make it, I told her yes because I didn't know when again a date would be scheduled. Went through the interview, a week later, I received an email about a rejection. It's funny how the manager accepted my LinkedIn request and yet I did not get the offer. And another question, what if I did not make the initiative? Some interviewers ask, when have you taken an initiative as an interview question. Practice making an initiative and still get a reject letter. The position requirement stated 0-3 years experience, meaning the candidate is trainable. Moreover, I already had 2 years experience in a similar role. It is really mind boggling.
