The recruitment process in general was very well organized. There was a pre-screening interview with the recruiter who told me about the position and the company, then a screening interview with the test manager, then, with SDETs, a culture interview, a technical interview, when I had to showcase the coding challenge I was given before, and a cross function interview. I was only a bit frustrated with the feedback I received when the company decided not to make an offer. I felt it was too shallow and did not explain their decision well enough.
