HR screening, first round coding question, second behavioral round and hiring manager round. Whole process took 2 weeks from interview schedule to offer release. IT was overall positive experience. Good pay and team
Plume scheduled a video interview with me, and I logged on at the agreed time ready to go. No one from their team joined. I waited 15 minutes, then sent a professional follow-up giving them the benefit of the doubt.
The recruiter responded claiming she had sent an email that morning about a cancellation — an email I never received — and explained that the hiring manager only wants candidates in PST or Mountain time zones. A timezone requirement that basic should be screened before scheduling interviews, not discovered after a candidate has already shown up and waited. Candidates deserve basic respect for their time. This experience showed none.
Inteview Process took more than 4 weeks to Complete questions were mostly on Data structures and Systems Design
One thing I personally did not like is that ,HR Kept calling during Holidays and Late Nights and Early Mornings to take interviews as well.
Even after doing 4-5 rounds, and Multiple follow they ghosted and after 3 months HR said we don't have the budget for your candidature.
