Interview
Had a great interview with Oana. Briefs you on the team's culture first before anything else. It basically involves several steps before you actually get hired. First, you encounter a brief chat with the Chief People Officer. Here you get to introduce yourself properly and let the team know who you are. A second chat is then initiated with the top CS agent to see if you fit as a customer support agent. Here they mostly assess your skills. Even though I did not get the position, i really liked how the process and how open they are with new recruits.
