I submitted a writing and editing test with my application, then interviewed with our head of marketing at the time. My second and final interview was with our founders. Pleasant and fair process, all done remotely.

Long, but not in a bad way. You could tell they cared and wanted to find the best personality to join their team. Most positions require an application, test applicable to the role, interview with the hiring manager, and interview with the co-founders. Some positions would require a 3rd interview it the department manager.
