I applied through university. I interviewed at Phillips 66 in Sep 2013
Interview
It was a behavioral interview on college campus. There were two interviewers. Their questions lasted about 45 minutes, there was 15 minutes left for me to ask questions. They prefer answers in a PAR format: Problem. Action. Result. So first describe the problem you were facing, then list the actions you took to fix it, then describe the results you achieved.

Good interview process, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Prepare in advance in order to answer questions using STAR method, and you should be fine! My interview was in-person with several interviewers, and other applicants were being interviewed at the same time.
