I applied online. I interviewed at Philip Morris International
Interview
Interview done by a virtual application, the application had a good UI and we could practice with some of mock up questions before the real interview begin. The questions are not that hard, they most likely asked about our experience on handling problems at school or university, so it's okay for those who have no experience after graduating.
I interviewed at Philip Morris International (London, England)
Interview
Individual presentation and questioning; individual hour-long interview testing competency and passion; group discussion and presentation exercise lasting over 2 hours. Good overall experience but small intake so really have to stand out.
4 step process, 2 interviews (one recorded, one online) and 2 assessment centers, a lot of steps with a very long waiting time between. the interviewer wasn't necessarily nice, kind of hurried and with a slight attitude

Interview
The recruitment process consisted of several stages. After submitting the application and CV, candidates were invited to complete an online assessment testing logical and numerical reasoning. Successful candidates were then invited to a digital video interview through HireVue, where they answered several pre-recorded questions. The next stage typically included an interview with HR and a business interview with managers, focusing on motivation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. The entire process was professional, well-structured, and focused on assessing both analytical abilities and cultural fit.
