Case study approach with a case about market entry of tobacco player in Asia. Had one hour to prepare the case and present to Senior management who then asked a lot of questions.
Business case + Q&A, business case was about analyzing a business project and recommending one of several proposals based on various criteria. Fairly straightforward but involved market sizing, profitability analysis, competitive landscape, etc. Be prepared to justify and defend your assumptions. Besides the business case you also have interviews with management where you discuss your professional experience and career goals
