Interview
The process was a bit time consuming but I enjoyed until it lasted.
I decided to pull back my candidature because I didn't fit the role (I was looking for a Dev oriented position).
They seem like a great company though, I think that their products is not helping them since it mostly hurts people health. Yes they are trying hard to look like the good guy, but simply, they will never be because the tobacco industry will never be.

Interview
It was 3 step interview, screening, technical, coding. That 3 steps took more than month that which is very slow. Interviewers were very kind and nice guys. Was very interesting intro about job and company history

Interview with HR managers. Friendly and interesting interview with a few questions on the technical part of the job, and some exposure of what to expect of the project though the information was not very detailed.
