Initial Interview with HR discussing background and motivation (Online) – Online Assessments – Interview with User (Technical/Behavioral) (Online) – Business case and final interview with Senior Manager (Offline). Got back from the HR after this, asked for payslip. Then silence. Did not even get rejection message/email
