Interview
I had an initial interview with one of the founders. It was unstructured, a brief intro and some questions. It also overran by quite bit. I wasn’t asked about my experience or skills properly until about 3 quarters of the way through.
Got a very generic rejection response. No feedback offered at all.

Interview
The first round went well with the Product Manager however, for the second stage, they shared a task that was related to a problem being faced at PetsApp. Much like all the other reviews here mentioned, after the task round interview, where I shared all the design rationale that solves their user struggles, highlighted how their business metrics could be improved and showed them high fidelity UI mockups, They immediately rejected after this round, even after I had successfully backed my designs with a data-driven approach and showcasing how UX principles guided my designs. As everyone has mentioned here on Glassdoor, they are only looking to get free ideas through these interviews as well as free solutions from everyone. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY! UNETHICAL & RUBBISH!
