Very easy going and friendly. Nothing you wouldn’t expect out of an interview. First you’ll get a phone call with a brief questionnaire with the recruiter. They schedule an in person interview with the hiring manager for the department and then with the owner to see if you’re a good fit. They’re all friendly and easy going.
