      Supply Chain Associate Internship Interview

      I interviewed at PepsiCo

      Interview

First PepsiCo came to my campus to recuit during a creer fair. You walk up, submit your resume, they scan and it starts a conversation. If they don't initially rule you out, they invite you to an information session. Be sure to bring additional copies of your resume and good questions. The questions you ask define what they think of you. If you stay after and ask good questions, they look at your resume again, ask you to apply online and then likely invite you to interview. Interview took place at production facility. They fed more company information in the form of videos, and paid attention to your interest in the company. They rotated in multiple interviewers, and made you change locations throughout the day.

      Question 1

Questions were standard and typical. I think they were most impressed by the questions I was asking them rather than my answers.
