Skeptical, defensive, and critical. They picked out one small position I held for a short while in a summer job and wanted to see all of my experience from a very short term position. Very friendly, but a bit cold and not empathetic in the interview.

Interview
The interviews were conducted in a very encouraging way. The interview was straight-forward and the questions were mainly behavior-based. Everyone was friendly and it was conversational. Not as high-pressure as other interviews, a really positive experience.
