Interview
Spoke with the recruiter on two phone interviews. Discovery-based questions were asked and then led into a resume' exploratory session and finally was required to take a computer assessment test that took about 15-20 minutes. Spoke in person with Sales Manager for the first one on one interview and had a panel interview scheduled.

They called my current boss and told him I was interviewing at other companies. Super unprofessional. Also the recruiter was throwing out $140k a year compensation plans. Interview said comp plan is, "eat what you kill" mentality.

Two in person interviews and one phone interview. Very friendly and welcoming people who seem passionate about their careers. I was surprised at how relaxed the atmosphere was during my in person interviews.

Interview
Never given a chance to move past the headhunter phase despite extension sales experience. Very disappointed and was excited to learn more about the position. Recruiter interview went well and it sounded like they were in an immediate need of a sales manager.
