Applied on linkedIn and was contacted by a recruiter in 2 days to setup phone screen/interview for 30 minutes. During this phone interview I was first introduced to what I am being hired for and what is expected off me. And then I was asked React/JavaScript/CSS questions. Friendly interviewer.

There is a web app with different icons which are being pulled form server, how can you do this in a better way?

A bit disorganized and all over the place. You need to know React/Redux, Javascript fundamentals, and some algorithms like recursion and binary search.
The initial phone screen will involve coding as well as some questions around the above topics.

Phone Interview, Followed by a code challenge.
Then 3 in person interviews with 2 dev's each and the final one with HR and the CEO.
After the CEO approves you in the final step you get a conformation if you got the job or not.
