Interview
love the whole experience.
I got contacted by a recruiter 3 days after applying to schedule a phone screen, after phone screen.
I had to take an online assessment and needed to have at least 75% to pass.
The next day the recruiter reach out to schedule a final interview with the hiring managers.
I got to meet very nice people, they set expectations and they asked 5 stars questions and provided information about the positions.
Interview lasted 45 minutes.
Got a call from my recruiter 48 hours later with an offer.

Interview
I applied through zip recruiter. Received a phone call about the position. Then set me up for an interview at a different position that was a better fit. Attended the hiring event so I wouldn't have to go through the two interview process. After the hiring event, I received a call from a recruiter saying I would be an asset to the company, but think I’m a better fit for another position at a pay cut. Next, I go to two interviews for this position and get an email saying I’m qualified, but not a good fit. Overall went to three interviews, three different positions, and no good fits.

Interview
Applied on their website. A few days later I had a phone interview with a recruiter which went well. Directly after this they have you do some typing and data entry tests. If you pass that, you get an in person interview scheduled. Before the on site interview you do another test, which is composed of basic math problems. You finish as many as you can in a 10 or 12 minute time span. After this they interview you. I felt my interview went alright. They said they would let me know whether or not I had been hired in about a week. That never happened. The on site interview was the last I heard from them, no email or anything. After 18 days, I saw on their website that they had filled the position.
Thank you for your interest in a career at Paycom. Regardless of the situation, every candidate should be aware of their standings after an interview, even when the decision to not move forward has been made. We apologize for the lack of communication. We wish you the best during your job search.
