Recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin to set up an interview. I had a video call interview with the sales manager (IIRC). It was a stiff and cold interview. I was a fresh college grad with no technical sales experience and the interview constantly seemed to display doubt in my abilities for the position. I personally appreciate an interview that follows more like a genuine human conversation because that is the most natural, authentic version you'll get of a candidate or the employer.
