The interview process was very thorough, as it should be for a higher level role. My initial interview was with a recruiter, my next interview was with the hiring manager, and subsequent interviews involved key members of the larger team. I was glad to be able to visit with critical members of the larger team to gain different perspectives of how the Sr. Talent Partner role would support overall team initiatives.
