I met every requirement and criteria and had more experience in sales than the requirements stated. I applied on the social network. Got an interview with Paycom HR. HR was very impressed, Paycom HR told me I was moving forward to complete an interview with the hiring manager and that I just need to fill out some documents. The documents requested same information the social network asked except for one question...my race, I included my race, submitted the docs to Paycom...within 24 hours I got a notification that they will not be considering me. They dismissed my moving forward, took away the equal opportunity to employment as soon as they found out my race.
