Well the first interview was a phone interview with the company recruiter. Sounded good, so I took the next step. You have to take a math test and only have 16 minutes to do as much as possible. The manager was very rigid and straight forward with little personality. Very short and to the point. Passed that next step was an "caliper test", passed that than had a panel interview. That went ok, once again very rigid. Next was a ride along, and for the most part its a typical account manager/sales position. No complaints there.
