It was very simple and straightforward. They did not ask any difficult questions and more seemed to want to know about my work style and personality. The interview was extremely informal.

Interview
So far I’ve only had my first interview which was a phone interview. When they say it is 40 minutes long they mean it. My interview lasted longer than that and HR went into great detail about the company and their philosophy. Waiting to hear back for a second interview but overall our conversation went well.

Question 1
What is your availability? What rate of pay are you expecting.
It was not very hard he asked basic questions about what I had done before and he’s to plan to do in the further it wasn’t bad he was nice and was easy to get interviewed by him .
Just spoke with a manager there and stated what I wanted . There is a training process to become a manager which takes about 2.5 weeks. Process was simple and the extra responsibility is not overwhelming depending.
