Great team but inconsistent hours and promotion issues

Great employees, get in early and get off early.

Cons

Inconsistent schedule, refused promotion because I wouldn't work Sunday mornings when I go to church. The company is cutting corners left and right to save money. They give you no hours to properly staff your weeks.
