Very simple, I was called back quickly after my application. Went in, met with the hiring manager, and was in and out in under 10 minutes. They basically want to make sure that you are personable enough to handle the front end.

It was fine and not that bad. It was just fairly easy because I was transferred from another Panera Bread. They asked me simple questions based on my experience in the food industry.
