the interview process was very easy and I liked the person who interviewed me and I have always liked Panera bread so I was happy to work there. Also, i only talked to one person. Which was nice.
Casual interview process, so you can wear t-shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes. The interview was only get-to-know you questions and then asking when you can start from what I can remember.
The interview was brief and friendly. The manager asked about my availability, teamwork, and kitchen experience, plus how I handle customers, pressure, and cleanliness. I explained my skills and enthusiasm.

What is your availability, and how would you handle customer requests or complaints during a busy rush?
Ask situational questions and how you would handle them. every thing was chill and to the point. Just dont be a moron and youll get the questions right, there is almost no wrong answer,
