I responded by text to an ad posted online. I was then texted back for an interview. There was just one. Two days later, I was texted again with instructions for my first day of training.

Kind, straightforward manager that ran through all of the requirements first. I appreciated this because I did not meet the requirement to have a vehicle. I thanked the manager and he did suggest a day shift position, but I passed

It was very pleasant you start off with online interview (2 rounds) and then you go in person and talk to the overnight baker and kind of shadow them through their shift. They then decide who get the job from there

Interview
It was really easy and my interviewer was incredibly nice. I was nervous to go, but she assured me that my nerves were healthy. Also had no experience and was able to just jump right in.
