Very casual, applied online and spoke with a store manager at a table in the cafe. It was more of a conversation than an interview--just talked about customer service, past experience with customers, etc. Very unstructured.

Easy process. Quick and easy questions. Why do you want to work here? They also ask you what your desired salary is. Ask 0.50 cents above, sometimes they will give it to you. I did.

Applying online was easy. I was contacted by phone call to set up and interview and went into the cafe for an interview with a manager. I received an offer on the spot, but typically I believe they would have called to offer a role.
