I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2015
Interview
The interview was very short, they want an overview of you as a person. The job is not hard to do. After working there, I would hear the mangers talk about the people interviewed. They want someone professional and nice. you MUST be friendly for this job!
Casual interview process, so you can wear t-shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes. The interview was only get-to-know you questions and then asking when you can start from what I can remember.
The interview was brief and friendly. The manager asked about my availability, teamwork, and kitchen experience, plus how I handle customers, pressure, and cleanliness. I explained my skills and enthusiasm.
