The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Panera Bread in Nov 2011
Interview
I had a phone interview. Then I had a one on one with the district manager who was friendly and upbeat. I had a third interview with anothe district manager who said he would recommend me for hire. Lastly I had a shadow shft for a couple hours which allowed me to talk to employees and get a feel of the flow of the store.

Question 1
How did you handle a situation where you had to let someone go?
I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Burnsville, MN)
Interview
It was professional and casual at the restaurant. Easy to talk with the recruiter. I didn't ultimately choose it at the time but it was pleasant enough. I think they hire from within and I was hoping to start as a GM
A recruiter reached out to me, before telling me what company the posting was specifically for he insisted on “re-working” my resume, but removed my most recent relevant experience and filled it with buzz words. I either from the process after my first phone interview with the recruiter because he was making the process convoluted and difficult.
