Interviews at the Cerritos location and the Buena Park location were very relaxed. Apply online. Received a phone call for interview invitation. Sit down, pretty quick interview with very friendly manager.

Do you have any food service experience? Are you looking to work part-time or full-time? Why do you want to work at Panda Express?
The interview was fairly short and simple. It was conversational and was mostly questions about team compatibility and attitude. General responsibilities, expectations, and technical details were laid out, altogether roughly a ten minute process.
