I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Panda Express in May 2014
Interview
Showed up around 8pm. Waited about 20-30min for the late night rush to pass by,was offered a drink for the wait. Interview lasted another 30 minutes. Was a very lively conversation. Basic interview questions were asked and the manager told me about his personal experience in climbing the business ladder. Overall I was impressed by the interview it was laid back enough that I felt comfortable speaking but, professional enough that I stayed on my toes.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Panda Express (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
