I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Panda Express (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2022
Interview
Interview process was professional. First was a video interview (recorded). 2nd was a virtual interview with talent sourcing individual. 3rd was an interview with a Area manager who oversaw 14 locations. All-in-all the process was very professional. Took about 3-4 weeks total.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are your strengths? Why do you want to work here? When did you have a difficult time on the job, why, and how did you handle it?
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Panda Express (Burien, WA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Lengthy conversation with Training Manager and Area Manager. May be invited to working interview with trainer to show off skills. Job offer after if you are acceptable. Area Manager looked like they needed sleep and was very unenthusiastic. The training manager seemed upbeat and eager to interview. Debra Lee is a joke. You will be bombarded with questions, it doesn't matter how you answer, Debra decided when you sat down.

There are three interviews: 1. Hiring HR; 2. Area Manager; 3. Onsite preview They are very efficient, the whole process only took 7-10 days, and they expect you to make the decision soon.

Interview
Good interview process so far. Couple of interview then they do a hands on w lariat ion in store. After that they do final interview with Regional operations manager. It seems like a lot but they seem to want only top talent.
