This interview took place during Panda Career Week at one location that was holding interviews. You had to sign in online and schedule an interview on one certain day from 10 am to 6 pm. It was a one on one basis.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
