Good process. The process is slow. You get left out in limbo waiting for the bank to make a decision. Not very good communication after the interview. Also when they do make an offer gives no time to figure out a time to go take the mandatory drug test. I was fortunate to have a flexible schedule to get the test done.

Posted internally for BM2 position. Received a phone interview from recruiter followed up by an in person with regional manager. Received an offer within a week, and accepted. Process was very smooth and simple. We discussed the office dynamics and demographics, my experience and management style, and the regional struggles.
