The process took 3 months due to influx of applicants. The reason why is there was previously no career advancement for individuals in this position. Therefore a lot of candidates applied. I was shocked at the process though for such a low pay grade job. You had a pre-screen interview with the recruiter, if you passed then an interview with the hiring manager, if you passed, then another with an interested party. If you did not ask specifically about the timing of the process, then you would have been skeptical about the decision. The recruiter probably was the best interviewer of the three. I was not impressed with the hiring manager's interview because it was really laid back and not as professional as I expected. The third interview was good, but not terribly difficult. I was devestated when I got the declination call. The job was extended to another. I am still unsure if that person accepted, but I do know I did not get the offer.
