Interview
It comes in three's, first you have a phone interview with a HR recruiter, and they go over the general details of the account. If they move you on, then a personal interview with a manager, where they go over senarios and the overall job function. The final interview is typically an offer.

Nothing difficult. Typically, a senario/role play is done for one of the sales positions.

Interview
I first was referred by an employee, then I was contacted by a HR person within the division. I basically walked them through my resume, and they informed me that they will contact me again. Then I was contacted by the HR again who then wanted to schedule a phone interview with a supervisor of the division. Did the phone interview and did not hear back after the phone interview.

Aggressive requiting from external agent. Asked several questions pertaining where I was currently and why I would look to change. Sold the company very well and the role.

Interview
One phone interview, then two interviews with managers, and a final interview with branch management team. If you do well in your interviews, you will receive an offer which is basically the same for all new hires with no negotiation option.
