1st interview was with HR/Recruiter for screening, 2nd interview was with the Senior PM, and last interview was with executives. Qualifications and experience seemed important but team fit and candidate potential seemed paramount.

I Attended the interviews and get hired after 2 weeks of waiting. They sent an offer letter which I accepted in writing and delivered my reply in person because the mail system is chaotic.
