PARTech Account Manager interview questions

This was the WORST interview process i’ve ever, and i mean ever have been apart of. It is only 3 steps, recruiter screen (30 min)/director meeting (45 min)/presentation (45 min). for the presentation, they want you to do an upsell opportunity for one part (gave a lay up upsell in the description then acted super confused when i chose the product suite and didn’t listen to anything i said and made it very obvious they weren’t paying any attention) and then the next they want you as the product and to basically sell yourself. they want both to be 15 minutes. it was the smallest amount of time possible they could give. i of course came prepared with a ton of questions since i barely met with the team, and they bae z e r o seconds to ask anything. the cherry on top was i didn’t meet the hiring manager until the final interview, and he was SO rude, barely said 2 words, and gave the snarkiest comment about the presentations i spent 6+ hours on. it was incredibly sus. this company is incredibly unorganized. incredibly rude, and weird. i do not recommend wasting your time. i had a gut feeling to not even waste my time with the presentation but thought why not. i wish i listened to my gut!
