Interview
There were several rounds of interviews in about 4 weeks. These interviewes took place with leaders at different levels of the organization: 3 Phone interviews and Interview at the site with all key leaders (managers and techs.)
The phone interviews were about 1hr long each. The site interview was a full day visit.
