Question 1
During the interview for the Senior Product Designer role at Outlient, they asked me to walk through a design project I was most proud of. They wanted to understand my design process, decision-making, and how I handled challenges throughout the project.

Interview
The first interview was with HR employee and second one with the design director. In total, I had two very relaxed and friendly conversations. I didn't get a job offer at end, but it was nice experience.
