OutSystems Datacenter Operations Team Leader interview questions

The first thing I thought the moment I walked inside the company was that was where I wanted to work, the work environment looked amazing. I was interviewed by the IT Director and a company Recruiter, the interview was very straightforward. I wasn't prepared, honestly I was on holidays and interrupt them just for the interview. I don't believe I was able to express my skills due to the lack of preparation and company insight. I honestly believe I had the leadership skills and technical skills required for that position.
