Standard interview process with a panel focusing on both technical and behavioral aspects of management. No coding exercises required for managers, but a System Design facet was.
The recruiter met with me prior to the full panel to describe the process, and was available for questions throughout. Once an offer was made, I had a chance to meet with team members again for any follow up questions to help inform a decision.

Interview
I had 6 rounds of interviews in the end (Mission Lead, Talent Acquisition, team, spin to another Mission and interview rounds with Mission Lead, CTO and the team). All the sessions were pleasant, lots of good discussion and great to have the chance to meet so many people from Oura.
